Transferring Kurama to Naruto should disable Minato for at least a little while like the six edo jinchuuriki were when Naruto destroyed the chakra receivers and the tailed beasts were pulled back into the gedo mazo.

Why would he use reaper death?
He could use 8 trigrams just like before.
He only needed reaper death to split the kyuubi in two.
