Why do people think Sasuke is the WORST character ever ever ever..?

And to answer your original question, it's probably because he can't really stick to one thing. He keeps changing what he plans to do. One day he wants to kill Itachi, the next day he wants to destroy the leaf, and to follow up with that to become Hokage. He just can't seem to make up his mind, which might make people dislike him, as other characters seem to have one goal all throughout the manga. Ex: Naruto wanting to become Hokage and protect his friends.

Most don't hate him anymore. They just hated him during his MS days because back then he proclaimed that he wanted to kill everyone in Konoha and crush their dreams, including innocent people.

Why people don't like him now?
-He doesn't care about the consequences of what he does. Some people are annoyed by this...others like that he doesn't give a f***.
-He's rude
-He treats people like tools, if you're not useful in his eyes, he will not interact with you
-He's arrogant
-He cannot admit his flaws...but this isn't a problem because nearly no one else in this series can do that either for some reason. :/
-He acts like he's the only one that's suffered in life and believes that he has suffered more than everyone, when he has not. (Though, he has suffered quite alot.)

As for my opinion, I don't really hate him or care for him. I'm just indifferent towards him at the moment. I think he was his best during his Hebi Sasuke days, back then I was a fan.

What can I say? I always liked villains more than heroes. I always found they had more character and were more relatable, but Sauske is not a villain, just misguided at the time.

I personally just never found him likable for his arrogance, his douche attitude, his devaluing of everybody else's pain but his own, his treatment of others, and he just annoys me overall. Every single character in this series, regardless of who they are, has haters. No reason to take it seriously or personally. Live and let live.
