Some blinded Nagato fans tend to put him over Madara when he is clearly (by feats), number 3-4 tied with Current Naruto

Having Madara, Obito(with paths) and possibly Current Naruto above Nagato

Yah I know, but rankings aren't made on who defeats who.... It is made on versatility of the character.... If it was on who beats who then Bee who crushed taka sasuke 2 times, in which hebi sasuke defeated sick itachi.....makes Bee to be above Itachi? I can't agree on that.

Because he is , if anything itachis the ultra weak one in the names that you listed(why people think itachis powerful at all considering his lack of competition(damn near the whole anime) is the question you should be asking), because nagato in his crippled state came out blasting shinra tensei at him,naruto,and bee and itachi was the 1st to bail,if anything itachis name shouldn't even be up their at all and im not even a fan of nagato, but sasuke and itachi?? c'mon bro seriously?

P.S if people wanna say that naruto stomped nagato/pein,than that means itachi got stomped by sasuke

Chibaku Tensei cannot be defeated easily, first you have to deduce how it works and even then it needed three s-rank attacks to stop it, one would probably not work. plus, Nagato has an unbelievable chakra pool which he can use to overwhelm his opponents. that coupled with the mystery of his pains, and the linked vision, makes him almost impossible to defeat. he has summons which can overwhelm the opponent, absorbs ninjutsu, summons armour and weapons, can steal your soul with but a touch, controls gravity, and hide in his chameleon which only a great sensor can find while the other pains and his summons run riot. and even if you defeat the pains, the naraka path can revive them. assuming you defeat them all, there's still nagato left.

it took naruto, bee, and edo itachi to stop him while he was being controlled, and even then it was mostly for plot purposes, he had various ways to avoid the totsuka sword, itachi shouldnt have been able to see the king of hell let alone impair it's vision, and he didn't use his god realm at all.

Nagato is definitely powerful. I don't understand why people want to prove why powerful shinobi are weak and how weak shinobi are powerful/underrated. ;P

He has pretty cool abilities. controls the gravity are his center, summon 6 animals, and absorb some ninjustu. If utilized properly it is almost unstoppable. However the interval between the gravity ability is so vulnerable that its not even funny, many real ninjas and not fodders can exploit this and find means to get around the ability. Though pein has said it numerous of times, if you don't know pain then you will lose. Reason why real masters of the rinnegan don't use it in the war, because there is knowledge........knowledge is the key to everything
