I mean in terms of physical strength they are beyond human sure enough, but with that being said none of them are omnipotents or have multiversal range, they odn't possess any form of mind rape except for Babidi's weak mind contol, they don't have matter manipulation or reality bending, and with that being said they can't erase spirits or obliterate souls.

I can understand when people say they are strong in terms of physical blows and energy blasts, but if you watch Gurren lagann there is just no contest they are just so eerily weak in comparison.

Dbz is not a weak universe, that's for sure. I would never consider a galaxy buster universe being weak. However, it's one of the most famous anime/manga, so, some people have more knowledge about them, but they've never heard of any other powerful mangas, so they think dbz is the strongest.

While this might not be true, you can't blaim them. Nobody must know every single manga to say what is the strongest. It might just have been the strongest they've seen.

I don't judge anime based on how strong the characters are. I judge it based on how good the story is and how well developed the characters are. That being said, their are countless anime with better stories and better developed characters than DBZ.

NO ONE has galaxy busted and they AREN'T galaxy busters. Kid Buu ATTACKED galaxies. He was never shown busting a galaxy, the feat of him doing so in the anime we didn't see him do it, it disappeared clearly triggering a time frame, and more or less DIDN'T HAPPEN IN THE MANGA. Broly was attacking the galaxy over time, the "galaxy has disappeared!!!" was a funimation dub line, the original says it was under attack. If it disappeared, how was goku able to transport to a PLANET inside of it that broly was attacking? Bills can't galaxy bust either, what whis said was "Attoiumani taiyokei-goto hakai sa rete shimawa remasu" which translates to "The solar system will vanish in the blink of an eye." No one in DBZ is more than solar system+ nor will they ever be. It's not a galaxy level series at all.

Because they believe the hype like me. They think if a character at the early stages of DBZ can single handedly destroy a planet with no effort, imagine what they can destroy at the end of DBZ.

Babidi's mind control is actually quiet powerful. His Haretsu Majyutsu spell can explode the body of anyone he wants.

Janemba has Reality Manipulation and Physical Mass Manipulation. Gogeta's Soul Punisher can decimate any soul and obliterate the victim from the inside, and if Goku can erase an ilussion i'm sure he can also erase a spirit.

Excluding omnipotents, DBZ is without question the strongest Anime verse, but that's only if you believe the hype.
