Why do people take the real world definition of "ninja" too seriously?

More philosophical matters brought up? Not even gonna dignify with a response.

Examples of philosophical/ political matters: The Uchiha Clan massacre actually parallels the internment of Japanese Americans during world war 2 (whether Kishi intentionally did this or not) because the Japanese Americans were interned as a result of fear on the part of the American government that these citizens had ties and alliances with the Japanese people who bombed Pearl Harbor. Similarly, the Uchiha was confined out of Konoha's fear that the Uchiha were connected with Obito and Kurama's attack on Konoha (which essentially parallels Pearl Harbor's bombing). This event brings up the philosophical question of whether Konoha was justified to discriminate against the Uchiha while potentially bringing about the safety of Konoha as a result.

Furthermore, we have already seen in multiple threads that the people of this base alone are already divided into those who see infinite tsukuyomi as a good thing and as true peace, and those who view it as a lie. That is another philosophical debate that has gone on!

Like I said there were tactics but now the power scaling is out of control.You can't compare the strength levels and tactics used in the Obito fight to now because it spiked massively since then.

The spike was just recent though. Even recently in the Guy vs. Madara fight, Minato was able to give an analysis of the truth seeking balls, their weakness and devise an effective strategy to get them away from Madara. You think that this is not tactic? What about the part of this same plan that involved Kakashi warping a whole into the shield so that Guy could even get in that last hit with night elephant? That was also tactic!

I guess Sasuke's analysis of limbo wasn't tactic huh?

Like I said, there is plenty of tactic and there is surely plenty more to come (especially against Kaguya).

People are just too busy looking for something to hate on, so they just ignore the obvious strategizing for the sake of bashing.

And yes, there are going to be some pure power moments. You can't expect every single moment to involve a lot of sitting down and contemplating.

I'm about to keep it 3 hunna. It's because people take manga to seriously and want to limit the imagination process of the story. They want it to be like rrealistic ninjas on tv but this is Kishis story and his portrayal of ninjas. People need to hop off their high horse.

People are mostly annoyed because of two reasons

1) they are too attached to part one and have trouble letting go now that the game has changed
2) they have seen/read about ninjas in the movies and the depiction of ninjas is way different in them

Personally I like that there are nukes flying around but there are still ninjas who fight with kunais

The massacre was only relevant when itachi was apart of the plot nobody cares about it now.
Power scaling only became a problem when ppl like jubbi jin obito(who was supposedly the strongest) and juubi jin maddy(who war supposedly stronger than juubi jin obito) became mere playtoys before the main characters. Base naruto was soloing maddy. Sasuke was soloing maddy it was fckin awful. So again we have to jump to a new villain(that was brought up like 10-20 chapters ago) just to make it look like a challenge. But the funny part is she's making the mains look like jokes so obviously there's another random boost(which became repetitive and unnecessary since juubi jin obito) in stored for them.

I agree with everything you said. A lot of Naruto fans are mad because the story isn't going the way they want. They think they are better writters than Kishimoto (one of the greatest mangakas ever) lol.
