To answer your question, no. Sasuke and Naruto had been equal because Kishi says so but if you can't get that in your head then that's your own damn fault for being so butthurt and in denial.

Sasuke had a massive buff with Senju DNA and his rinnegan never goes away unlike the TSOs so there's your explanation.

I mean it's so obvious, Kishimoto had to nerf Sasuke's Rinnegan by making it "new" and unable to use and absorb ninjutsu at the same time in vote 2.

Since now he got used to it, Naruto can't use Rasengan on Sasuke and can only use taijutsu but Sasuke can use taijutsu and chidori and Naruto can't use his Kurama susanoo ripoff because Sasuke can absorb it.

But this isn't Kishimoto's biggest nerf, the biggest nerf is that Sasuke saved Aoda's life who lives in ryuchi cave and didn't bother to learn Sage mode.

And with Juugo's cells Sasuke can absorb NE while moving unlike Naruto and he will obtain Sage transformation and neg diff Naruto.

Sasuke is even better than Naruto at healing because of Naraka path plus Hashirama cells which is much better than Kurama plus Hachirama cells.

Rinnegan gives Sasuke possibility to do ANYTHING he wants, while all Naruto has is explosive power.

You cannot compare these two, Sasuke is simply on another level.

COAT was also a Naruto feat. That is what puts him on par with Sasuke.

Wait a second when did this happen? If it truly happened then Sasuke is crazy for not even attempting to learn Sage Mode, especially when his has plenty of skills in these areas:

- CM which is downgraded Senjutsu, but was with it for 3 years.
- Controlling Jugo Senjutsu Raw Chakra on his Susano.
- Controlling 9 Bijuu chakra on to his Susano

Orochimaru has no feat with CM or using Jugo Senjutsu chakra at all, while Sasuke shown great skills with CM which Jugo compliments and then later on 2nd Hokage compliments on Sasuke Senjutsu Susano.
