Why do people still think Sasuke = Naruto?

When Kishimoto clearly stated in Boruto movie that Sasuke has surpassed Naruto:

I mean it's so obvious, Kishimoto had to nerf Sasuke's Rinnegan by making it "new" and unable to use and absorb ninjutsu at the same time in vote 2.

Since now he got used to it, Naruto can't use Rasengan on Sasuke and can only use taijutsu but Sasuke can use taijutsu and chidori and Naruto can't use his Kurama susanoo ripoff because Sasuke can absorb it.

But this isn't Kishimoto's biggest nerf, the biggest nerf is that Sasuke saved Aoda's life who lives in ryuchi cave and didn't bother to learn Sage mode.

And with Juugo's cells Sasuke can absorb NE while moving unlike Naruto and he will obtain Sage transformation and neg diff Naruto.

Sasuke is even better than Naruto at healing because of Naraka path plus Hashirama cells which is much better than Kurama plus Hachirama cells.

Rinnegan gives Sasuke possibility to do ANYTHING he wants, while all Naruto has is explosive power.

Yeah, because Kishi made Sasuke lose his arm so he can't absorb and attack at the same time.
