As the title, why do people says Minato's gift is the other half of Kurama, WTF!?

Read the chapter again, Minato said to himself that he could not do as other fathers did....... So the gift would be MINATO not other things. The gift is Minato for second time, cuz Naruto can meet him again and blah bla blah whatever he cried or something. Minato is the gift, so end of discussion!

Minato as a gift - i don't think he thinks of himself like that and anyone who thinks he does is - wrong ... but then omg.. i could be wrong.
Minato bringing the other chakra .. why? .. well why should Naruto only have half a tailed beast ? etc et ..

Maybe Minato is bringing him his world famous cookies.. or his mothers cake.. or maybe some ramin xD

Considering that Minato is dead, and will be there for a few minute, he is clear that he is certainly not the gift. While I dislike the half Kurama's idea, I think half Kurama has better chance being the gift than Minato himself.
Personally, my best answer is that he is going to teach Naruto a badass Jutsu. The reason is that if Minato was there as a dad, in this shinobi context, his first role would be to teach Naruto his Jutsu.

Sincerely, I have been waiting for this moment. Naruto has been saying for a long time that he is Uzumaki, and now is the time for Minato to tell him what it means to be Uzumaki. It's gonna be very interesting.
