Why do people say that Alive Minato doesn't have KCM ?

Yes, but there's no telling exactly how he acquired his KCM.

We saw Naruto fight the Kyuubi to get his, but if Minato had to fight the Kyuubi as well, then he wouldv'e had to after he died, while he was waiting in the realm for Naruto to sprout atleast 8 of the 9 tails. ( after he died )

And I highly doubt Minato defeated the Kyuubi in the short amount of time between being sealed and dying.

Um, he has to go through the same process Naruto did to get KCM, and he didn't do that minutes before his death obviously. This argument only had some ground before it was confirmed he was the Jin of Yin Kurama.

Saying that he had KCM then is like saying Naruto had it from the time he became a Jin.

Not really he sealed Kyuubi inside Naruto without RDS ...He was forced to use RDS due to lack of Chakra IMO ..

OT: He can't be a JIn due to lack of basic Requirements to be the Jin of Kyubi also he never used KCM when he is alive Kid pretty much Explained it clearly

He never had an opportunity to use the chakra he sealed in himself before he died. The Reaper Death Seal, the one that he used on himself, requires a human sacrifice to complete the seal. This means that once the seal is done, Minato lost his soul.

He had probably researched the Kyubi before he died (since his wife was a Jinchuriki). I also think that he had always planned to seal Kurama in Naruto (after seeing Bee), so he likely had an idea of what could have been done with the chakra. However, he likely only figured out how to use KCM after seeing Naruto in action.

Minato should NEVER have been a Jin, let along KCM and now BM. Funny. Then there is the issue of his body not being able to handle Kurama's Chakra. Too many factors are stacked against this guy, sorry.
