Yeah but none of them made the sky split in half like Shanks & WB did. BB needed the GGnM just to perform that feat.

I'm not really sure how he ranks up.
T one point he stopped the marineford, which testifies to his power. At one point he got scars from A Teach without yami fruit, which shits on shanks's reputation. I personally don't think he'll be stronger than dragon.

He is overrated that's why. Small talk and every one fall for the hype(or rather fake hype). Shanks isn't supposed to be viewed as one of the strongest characters, more like the hero's idol, someone he looked upon to become a great pirate(he basically represents the Minato of the one piece manga), the greatest pirate that's it with Shanks just being the first stepping stone behind a huge forest. Shanks is no doubt strong however, just not as strong as many people think he is

It goes withought saying that Shanks has a bit more feats to add to his hype than Dragon has for now so its only. natural with them being the two most considered strongest charecters in op that majority wld go with Shanks for now but seeing as its all speculation no one is right or wrong here so why make all these Shanks and Dragon juxtapositioning threads now lets wait for when we see them go all out then compare them then.
