Why do people say Sasuke can absorb Ninjutsu using preta path?

Nagato's pretra path was able to absorb naruto's chakra from attacks and from his body from the rinnegan. Sasuke absorbed Naruto's chakra from his body so it's basically confirmed that he can absorb ninjutsu

Preta path is able to absorb chakra and ninjutsu with contact. We just saw Sasuke use preta path in this weeks chapter, so we can infer that he can absorb ninjutsu as well.

even if he hasnt absorbed a tech yet its obvious af.

I think you need to answer the question as to why he wouldn't be able to do such a thing after using Preta Path already.
