Sakura got action against an Akatsuki member and tended to some folks during Pein's invasion. Choji has practically done nothing in between his fight near the end of P1 and the war but be seen doing nothing.

-Karin lose chakra after healing twice

Even Early part 2 sakura can heal herself (and doesnt lose chakra)

Breaking part of wood statue does not compare of breakng the mother freaking earth (and on that large scale )

Sakura is the strongest on her genration only temari rivals her .
