Why do people say Sakura diluted the Uchiha?

Ummm, Sasuke was the only one with bad vision. Sakura eyes where sharp enough to detect the finger movements of a puppet master such as Sasori and track them. Sasuke in part 1 said that her analytical ability was superior to his and he had a 2 tome sharingan.

Sig worthy. Her vision was so sharp that she even couldnt block sword. Dat Sakura.

Actually I don't. I like her more than Sakura tbh. It is just that, if Karin were the mother, that leaves Sakura pointless if she wasnt associated with Sasuke anymore. So I tolerate the fact that Sarada is taken under her care and Karin has to be out of the picture.
Karin's death would create more impact than Sakura's in such narrative.

Lol Kaguya's two sons are more diluted then Kaguya herself... They were weaker and hence had to seal their OP mother... Hagoromo got even more powerful by absorbing the 10tails aka becoming more genetically like his Mother

Uhh, what was "Uchiha blood" to begin with? Surely they weren't all inbred? As long as the Sharingan is a dominant trait (which it most likely was, or at least the potential for it), there shouldn't be any problems with half-Uchihas. Though it's going to be diluted further on since there are no more other Uchiha left.

No dilution took place because dominant genes are passed on. It's obvious Sasuke passed on his genes, Sarada's sharingan is evidence of that.

Your partially right Hogaromo's power was split into 2 and a descendant(Madara) could attain his power. However it doesnt mean 1 aon couldnt i herit the power of Hogaromo thats not how genes work. Dilusion can happen but of a child passes on a specific trait it retains in the next generation and if so passed again remains. As for the Uchiha and Hyuga marrying within there clans later on that was to ensure bot spread of the kekkei genkai outside of the clan not necessarily to prevent dilution. That would be an added bonus. And Indra incarnate retained his power the difference is micro variation which occurs in looks etc. Dominant genes always passed on providing they're contained within the seed material ( i hope you underatand). For more info I suggest a video on inheritance.

Also Hogaromo's power being vast was due to Jyubi not an inherited quality. Just as Kaguya's power was to do with jyubi hence Hogaromo and Hamura had to team up.

Hogoromo had rinnagan and rsm but Indra got just sharingan

Indra could use his ms power without getting blind but his descendants couldnt
