why do people say naruto cant beat tobi or nagato

kakashi and guy can probably beat nagato. guy even stated they developed counters for all of his techniques

But realistically I don't think he should be able to take down Tobi... But of course plot no jutsu comes into play

Nagato has gedo mazo,6 paths of pain,Celestial Tera blast,Asura path,Rinnegan Barrier then cannot be breached and Shinra tensei they would both die

if nagato was so strong why did he split his powers into six different bodies and still they were defeated......not saying that sm naruto alone can beat him but now that he has melded chakra wit the ninetails and if he wasnt fighting in every area of the war he would beat him
