Why do people say naruto and sasuke are equal

title says it all. I am saying this because when sasuke was dying kabuto gave him hashirama cells and so6p gave him more powerful eyes and hwn those 2 met they awakened sasuke juubi eye.

Naruto has all 9 bijuu chakras inside him. Did you not see his lava rasenshuriken? Or his 9 chakra balls
