5 seconds or not, Last man standing in the winner, Even if he only standing for a few seconds.

If your opponent dies and your still able to stand, Even if it's for a few seconds, I'd say you've come out on top, Since he his dead and you can still stand.

I can see your point. However, the opponent isn't the reason Gai dies. He dies because his body can't handle all of that power, while his opponent died because he killed him.

Cause they mad Gai solos their fav. The only way Gai would tie with anyone due to the Eighth Gate, is if he uses Night Guy, cause when he does, he turns to ash right afterwards.
