Why do people on this forum get judged for knowing they won't like the last?

Throughout the duration of time I've spent on this forum I've encountered at least 10 "but how do you knowwww you won't like the movie if you don't watch it" or "reading the summary isn't the same". Why does a person have to waste time watching something they know they won't like in order to "know they whether or not they like it??". Do people on the forum constantly have to ride kishi's D without any personal opinion or preference??

Because mainly the pairing/Hyuuga fans are around now. This is for obvious reasons given that only that group will continue to see their faves through a part 3 and the upcoming movie. They are fond of the new media.

Most of the Nagato, Itachi, Kakashi, Akatsuki, etc also fans left. So, there's not many around to back up the opinion that this isn't good writing or not worth seeing.

It makes sense given that most on this site joined to fanboy/fangirl. If they lose the reason for it, then they leave. So, now mainly supporters are left by default.

I say this about any movie.

Oh you don't like Star Wars? Have you ever watched it? No? Okay.

Opinion invalid.

Nobody doesn't like something for no reason.
There is always a reason.
The reason might not suffice the one who sought it in the first place but, that is not there concern so i can agree with you on the fact that people shouldn't take get riled up about it.

I also believe that those not wanting to watch the movie are not fans of the pairing or the romantic element and or both

If a person has read the summary and can understand the premise behind it or has created criteria for the movie beforehand then chances are they already know they aren't going to like it. You don't have to eat shit to know you don't like it. Just because you have a "let's wait and see" thought process doesn't mean that the people who believe in evaluation, and long term planning should have to waste time on a movie they know they won't like. By your logic everyone has to watch all of the movies in all genres to "know whether or not they like it" and unless you've done the same thing yourself..well..glass houses..stones..you get the jidst.

Who cares. Ain't like its money flying put of their pocket.

I will say im glad Saucy got little/no screen time in this movie. Then again, lel maybe he can get more screen time being Bolt's wingman in the next movie.

Music, visuals, sounds, mood, setting. All these things effect a movie. Reading the plot is only part of it.

"Boy meets girl and goes on wild adventure with his furry friends to save the world"

Someone might read that and say "This movie sounds so stupid" but then their girlfriend might force them to watch it and it turns out to be a really good movie. Someone could read a summary for a war movie and say "this sure sounds boring" but then have to watch it in history class and be moved to tears at how beautifully done it is.

Ppl here assume they won't like it because their favorite characters aren't in it. That's the biggest reason they won't even give it a chance. They read the summary like "omg no Sasuke? eww Naruto and Hinata kiss no one wants to see this"

It's called BIAS. It don't matter how you justify it, that is the definition of bias.

Not wanting to see it is understandable but getting on here just to bash like "THIS MOVIE IS TRASH IT'S GONNA BE SO BAD" is dumb.

I think its a shallow way of coming to an opinion about a movie.
BUT....!.!.!..! its your opinion and if it has no real basis and doesnt affect anyone, especially since your probably going to watch it for free if you did watch it, nobody should care.

Look part of the reason you dislike this movie is because romance is not your favorite genre. Why should people take your opinion seriously if:

1.) Its by your dislike of the genre.

2.) It's by you reading some small summary.

None of those things make your opinion credible or correct if you have not seen the movie. After all its a movie for a reason not some manga page.

why do you even care?
does that make you "not want to watch the movie", even if you are a naruto fan?

I usually will not watch the movie that having negative review by renown critics like rotten tomatoes, Roger Ebert, metacritics etc

If they giving bad rating or review, sure I will not watch that movie

And for Naruto the last, I will searching for professional critics first

Why not be a critic yourself? Does that person's head and mind think like you?

This Person couldn't have said It any better. The same way u have the right to ***** about a movie , we have the right to ***** about u *****ing if we see it as illogical and biased. You can do or watch anything you want but it is foolish to think a movie is bad or not for u just from a summary or pictures

Cause those people who"supposedly" aren't going to watch the movie keep making stupid threads like "the movie ssucks" , ifyou don't like it don't bother sharing your opinion on something that you're obviously aren't going to watch .y

I understand what you're saying but there's a thought process behind that it's called "I have to experience it to know I like it or don't like it" and that's fine. But to me what you've described is no different than saying "Well what if someone put glitter on a pile of shit and then doused it in perfume..it wouldn't be the same as a regular pile". There's nothing "biased" about being self aware enough to know personal preferences or criteria and taste. If you wanna get caught up in visuals fine. But to me at that point it's no different than the movie gravity..the visuals are nice but a shitty plot and bad writing are a shitty plot and bad writing there's no amount of pretty pictures that can make up for that. I know I don't like romance films...this is a romance movie..ergo I won't like it and won't waste my time on it. The type of person you call "bias" is the type of person who's a long term planner and believes in evaluating the circumstances before "jumping in" or wasting their time. They believe in reading the summary and evaluating it, evaluating their personal preferences and determining whether or not they would be want to even participate in the experience. If you don't wanna do that then that's fine but you're just as bias as the people you're bashing if you judge someone for having a thought process different than yours.

It's also foolish to waste time and money on a romance movie when a person knows they don't like romance movies. To me that's far more illogical, and you're just as bias as the people you ***** and moan about if you can't even acknowledge anyone elses thought process outside of your own.

I don't care what it's about. If it's not full-motion like the sword of the stranger, I'm not watching it. I don't feel like seeing a flashy pokemon background with a steady image of a ninja in action and than random clashes like in bleach, interrupted by a egotastical 5 minute talk.

These type ppl I respect and understand. You're probably one.

BUT, that is not the same as the ppl who come on here and bash it because they don't like the characters in it. They want a macho movie with Itachi and Nagato duking it out or some ish. Not all Naruto movies will be like that. I can respect someone not liking romance genre but them bashing a movie they havent seen and me bashing them for being ignorant with "THE LAST SUCKSSS" are two different things.

You can not watch the movie. That's fine. But don't come in every thread about it just to bash it. Some of us are looking forward to it. That's like going in a Naruto vs Sasuke thread just say to say "HAHAHA THEY'RE BOTH FODDER LORD MADARA SOLOES GG NO RE AS PLANNED BY AIZEN"

It's ignorant spam.

Is that why the movie sold 2 billion yen ? damn hyuuga and pairings fans must be the majority of naruto fans Lol
