But Kishimoto is the characters. You think Orochimaru was lying when he said Hiruzen uses all jutsu to exist in the leaf? Or Ebisu lying when he said he knows over 1000 illusions. What about Kabuto who said he was strongest of all 5 kage? All those are wrong?
