Good point, if he had Jugo's cells then he would be able to absorb Nature energy, and would have been using Senjutsu Susano'o earlier.

Correct. I am glad you brought up the Jugo argument yourself. Giving cells to heal doesn't mean he has Hashirama cells within his system. Similarly, Hashirama only gave him some chakra for the technique. That chakra was probably used up and lost. As no where in the manga is it even implied that Sasuke has Hashirama's chakra or cells.

Except Curse Mark Susanoo.

That was a direct Senjutsu supply. Not an ever-lasting ability. This isn't even a valid example.
