I don't think he can. The first time he did that, he only suppressed a small portion of Kurama's chakra. But now that Naruto is a Perfect Jinchuriki, I don't believe that he will be able to suppress any of Kurama's chakra. If he was able to, then he should have been able to do the same to Killer Bee and his Bijuu, but he was only able to cast a genjutsu - and one that was later release by the Bijuu.

2. Answer this. Why didn't Tobi suppress Kurama's chakra when he and Naruto first clash? And what I speak of is right below.

(Pain) Sasuke is smarter and is better at forming strategies but Naruto's trickery will be a problem for him. Naruto has fought smarter opponents than himself and has won because he has deceived them.

2. Who proved that? RS will definitely destroy a ribcage susano'o IMO but we haven't seen a RS and complete susano'o face off so there is no way of knowing. But I agree it probably cant as a technique of the same scale, Kirin, couldn't do it. Naruto isn't stupid though, he can grab Sasuke out of Susano'o using his chakra arms, especially from underground, which move pretty fast making Sasuke vulnerable.

3. The more versatile arsenal is useless if the techniques are impractical (Kirin) or too weak (most other moves). The ones that can really be used are then chidori and its variants and the MS techniques. Kakashi is just as smart as Sasuke and knows over 1000 techniques so has a larger arsenal. Would he beat Sasuke? No, because his techniques for the most part are far weaker and are therefore pointless.

Look, all of this I have said before but you choose to ignore. Me, Son of Odin, MickNerks, Gatsuuga, Zyynn and TheEye among others, have countered every point but you don't seem to have noticed. I know I have because I have said these things several times as well as other points but you keep complaining that no one has when it is clear that we have. Just swallow your pride man.

If you think that In the Narutoverse that Raw Power is everything, then you must have been watching another ****ing version of Naruto than the rest of us. Do you even read post or what? He asked me why Tobi didn't supress Kurama's Chakra when He and Naruto Butt heads, I simply gave him an answer.

Requires large amounts of chakra, but that was the first time he started using them. He had more than enough chakra at that point to do whatever he had to. His Rinnegan has the ability to control any Bijuu... so why didn't he? His Sharingan has the power to completely control Kurama... so there's no excuse about him not having the tool or chakra to do it.

Also, the only reason Tobi was able to completely extract/control Kurama from Kushina... was because the sealing was actually weakened. There's absolutely no proof that Sasuke can suppress the chakra of a Perfect Jinchuriki. Moreover, one of you mentioned that Tobi controlled Yagura - that point right there was invalid. It is believe that Kotoamatsukami was used to control him.
