Why do people keep saying that Sasuke is no match for current Naruto?

Even if that did happen (unlikely IMO) it wouldn't help. Tobi was struggling to keep all the beasts under his control, hence why he isn't/ wasn't using any rinnegan techniques (he explained it to kakashi and Gai). Seeing as Tobi is now running a rinnegan and is clearly the best at controlling bijuu with the sharingan this is surprising.

Now take sasuke that only has EMS and never controlled a tailed beast before, its not hard to imagine that it would take a lot of his focus and attention to suppress the ninetails. This would essentially give naruto an opening anyway since Naruto has Kyuubi chakra stored away for use independent of the fox. Failling that there is also SM, which would be enough to take out a distracted, pre-occupied Sasuke.

I agree with the sagemode part. But does sagemode have any weaknesses? If so , sasuke could figure it/them out. Is genjutsu a weakness.

current sasuke is on KM naruto's level. BM naruto just went up to new league. sasuke will have to get a new power-up to be a match for naruto and that's all there is to it.

naruto has bijuu mode now and can make clones that can go into bijuu chakra mode and sage mode. sage mode and with the kyuubi's help defeated Pain with a rinnegan, I'm not sure how with an ems sasuke could handle naruto

Do you think Naruto will allow Kurama to help him? Naruto want to save Sasuke with his own power, isn't he?

LOOL! Whats up with that voting poll man? Half of the Sasuke arguments in this thread haven't even been countered. :sy:

1. NOBODY speaking on Naruto's behalf has brought up the Fact that Sasuke's intellect>>Naruto's

2.Its been proved that Narutos primary jutsu (rasenshuriken) CAN'T smash Final Susanoo.

3.No one has came up with a counter explianation of how Naruto can deal with Sasuke's superior (larger) jutsu arsenal. U_U.

You should have expected poll results like this it is NarutoBase after all.

1. The intellect thing I have mentioned several times, Sasuke is smarter but Naruto has matured as a shinobi too, and his skills of deception have tricked very high level shinobi, one of these being the known head of the Akatsuki. (Pain) Sasuke is smarter and is better at forming strategies but Naruto's trickery will be a problem for him. Naruto has fought smarter opponents than himself and has won because he has deceived them.

2. Who proved that? RS will definitely destroy a ribcage susano'o IMO but we haven't seen a RS and complete susano'o face off so there is no way of knowing. But I agree it probably cant as a technique of the same scale, Kirin, couldn't do it. Naruto isn't stupid though, he can grab Sasuke out of Susano'o using his chakra arms, especially from underground, which move pretty fast making Sasuke vulnerable.

3. The more versatile arsenal is useless if the techniques are impractical (Kirin) or too weak (most other moves). The ones that can really be used are then chidori and its variants and the MS techniques. Kakashi is just as smart as Sasuke and knows over 1000 techniques so has a larger arsenal. Would he beat Sasuke? No, because his techniques for the most part are far weaker and are therefore pointless.

Look, all of this I have said before but you choose to ignore. Me, Son of Odin, MickNerks, Gatsuuga, Zyynn and TheEye among others, have countered every point but you don't seem to have noticed. I know I have because I have said these things several times as well as other points but you keep complaining that no one has when it is clear that we have. Just swallow your pride man.

Stop being a fanboy. The reason sasuke is weaker is so naruto can defeat him as all main characters do. He is made weaker than bm naruto for a reason,plot no jutsu, so no more powerups for the uchiha crybaby.

Hello all, im new here. i find this thread being very funny for some reasons^^.
Statements for skill counters are meaningless. they arnt machine who auto counter a jutsu in a specific way. is imposible to to speculate how they will react. u can at least predict, and accept is as a posibility but Never as the truth how will be it so i guess is ok to agree whit each other but those fight for who is right...u guys r funny, remember that arnt u who draw naruto but kishi .
Someone said that from naruto wont lose to sasuke? hmm..from when..? is an equal posiliby for each one of them to lose or to win. i bet at the ending of the first series there were many who were sure that naruto it will beat sasuke and will take him back -.-.
Half of this thread is made on the sasuke weaknesses, i didint find to much about naruto .

Now, u compare BM naruto whit....ms sasuke? we all know what BM naruto can do and we can expect even better for the final fight, but there is no point to argue when we dont have even a clue about what he can do excepting the susanoo. this is equal whit naruto when fought Raikage. it show only a small part from what he can do, what is best is yet to come, resulting ..the states for what sasuke do , their importance is 0, as for naruto how will counter agaisnt sasuke( becuz he ofc will have too defend himself too) are again 0. my only point after so much writing is u guys should wait a bit more becuz for now, nothing is true

For the ones that say sasuke would have lost agaisnt kabuto..well, kabuto is madafker but remember that he fought sasuke inside a genjustu (izanami ). the genjutsu was controlled by itachi and in order to make kabuto belive it was real he make sasuke fight the only way itachi knew about sasuke, whit the the power he was sure that sasuke have at that moment, taijutsu/susanoo/amaterasu. in real sasuke was waiting near kabuto real body. sasuke fight vs kabuto will look somehow different. dont state what it isnt real.
