Why do people keep saying Sasuke is immune to IT?

Lol so I see a plot hole...sine the eye was already showing on the moon...and we all know it isn't dark when you see the moon so the light was already shinning to be honest.

Yeah but its only possible because of the light of the moon in Madara's response...other wise a world wide genjutsu isn't possible.

however i personally would think it makes sense that his (Juubi)Rinnegan could protect him against it; not just the Susanoo. I say this because i dont see the point in him having a Juubi Rinnegan if all he can do is see Madaras Clones in the other dimension. that's like 'Meh...'

In a way Kishimoto is telling us through that question. Black Zetsu is also questioning himself if the light cannot penetrate through Susanoo and that has been confirmed. Afterwards, ask if Sasuke's Rinnegan allows him to deter the IT. It somewhat implies he can.
