Why do people keep overrating Kamui in debates?

I thought it was clear by now that the only reason why Kakashi could use Kamui so many times was because of how Kurama's chakra affected him and thus lessen the drawback from using it too much and how big he can absorb things.

In a normal fight without Naruto on his side he can only use it 2 times max before running out of chakra or going blind

the manga showed that the reason why kakashi was able to warp the hatchibi twice is kuama chakra ,but it didn't show that you talk about
if kuarma can give someone chakra without even touch him ,why he needed to touch kakashi and other shinobi to give him chakra
