Im assuming they dont actually mean aids there just saying that. Because aids is incurable like itachi disease although it wasn't aids ppl just say it. Do take it literally. Last time I checked aids doesn't have yoy coughing up blood n causes heart failure or maybe it does Bottomline they just use it as a joke. Don't take it literally.
