And it's because Sasuke us the most rounded character in Naruto, ambidextrous, good at taijitsu, ninjutsu, proficient in all weaponry. He's overall versatile, no wonder he's on the top of the character polls. Heck people make more threads about sasuke than their own fave in general and they mention sasuke in a thread that's not even about sasuke, Sasuke wins either way. He has his fans' hearts, he has his hater's mind.
Why do people keep comparing Sasuke?

Because it keeps other characters relevant, get the quick rep, and a hot thread. Don't see to many hot threads without sasuke name on it or in the post somewhere in the thread...

That's false, but it proves the power of Sasuke fans nonetheless. They can storm the whole base, fuel innumerable threads, make others insecure, convert every talk, with just the word "Sasuke".
@bold that is the real issue. I've been on the base for a minute and met a lot of sasuke fans. Most don't overwank, but most also don't acknowledge that the biggest fanbases have the biggest wankers. Sasuke's fanbase is probably only second in size to Itachi if that. And the wankers are usually the ones who make the threads, not the typical sasuke fans.That's not accurate, some people post just because they can, that's what fans do, hype their fave, overwanking is the issue and most sasuke fans don't overwank, and the ones that do make one thread and all of a sudden, 50 threads about sasuke not even from sasuke fans are made, like what? Some people bash sasue in a thread not even about him, you could be a sasuke fan in a thread about Shino then some member may get defensive and say "that's why sasuke got beat by etc etc", I just find it funny how many closet sasuke fans there are
There was a time where Itachi fans had a worse rep than Sasuke fans back when Itachi was considered a top villain. Many Itachi fans respected him for his overall versatility and being a well-written character. But it was those who overwanked who were the ones actually posting threads. So for every decent Itachi thread you would find, there would be several wank threads with little depth other than "Itachi solos your fav". Many members naturally took the bait and would post in defense of this, but wankers are typically more persistent and thus the base was swarmed with Itachi wank threads and that left a bad taste in many members mouths and an unfair perception of the entire fanbase.
With Sasuke it's no different. You have those that are true fans yes. But you also have those that are so anti-naruto/anti-main character that they cling to Sasuke out of rebellion, you have the "This is Sasukebase!" fans, you have the various clan groups/semi-God worshiping fans who consider Sasuke to be their lord, and a few others who don't represent the entire Sasuke fan base but who make most of the threads.
Say what you will, but the truth of the matter is that most Sasuke theads are indeed made by Sasuke fans themselves, just those extreme Sasuke fans. You only ever really see a Sasuke "bash" thread if it's in defense to several Sasuke wank threads that have happened prior. Trust me there are many Sasuke fans who know and acknowledge the few bad apples within their large tree and will admit that most of the trouble over Sasuke typically begins with threads from Sasuke wankers

Most of Sasuke threads are made by Sasuke wankers. Take the recent Sasuke > Kaguya threads as an example.

Example right here. A recent thread from a guy who literally was just on this thread and went and made this one. The biggest fanbases have the biggest wankers. And unfortunately Sasuke's fans are some of the most persistent and creative when it comes to fanning the flames with wank and bashing of other characters.
This kind of thing puts a bad perception on the entire fanbase. He literally jumped off this thread to go start a flame war in the name of Sasuke. Which in about 10 minutes, you're going to see several of these types of threads, then a few threads that Sasuke fans will say is "Sasuke hate/bashing" and someone else will make a "why do people get insecure over Sasuke?" thread like this one, and the cycle continues.
It all starts with those few Sasuke wankers who spoil it for everyone
