Why do people hate Sasuke because of the fans?

Honestly, I don't like them both either. Naruto is tooooo damn unrealistic! Nobody with common sense would try to please the village for acknowledgment like naruto did. He should've left the village or at least destroy half of it.

Sasuke was on the right track til after killing Danzo. He should've just left and form his own village or clan and move on with his life. He could've at least expose the truth about the hidden leaf village to the people.

So at the end of the day, they both kinda failed characters.

Yes Naruto's way of peace good for short term, but long term, history just gonna repeat itself.

Yes everyone makes mistakes, but nobody not owning up to it. No apologies was hand out to naruto. No sympathy was shown to Sasuke after his clan was destroy. Like really, Naruto and Sasuke have no damn reason to protect that village at all. They need to bounce and create their own village.

True, I feel that the Naruto character is not really very good too. But well, I don't want to be seen as bashing Naruto. But I think Sasuke could be a kage of another village too.

I'm neutral about Sasuke. I do not like him but I do not hate him either. He's someone I wouldn't root for as much as I would for someone like Madara, Itachi, or one of my other favorites.. but I wouldn't ignore or bash about him either. I think he's rather important in my opinion, but simply not on my favorite list.

Though I think people don't like Sasuke due to his fans is because (from what I've seen thus far, not all) but a good majority of Sasuke fans act immature. Though, I see nothing wrong with that. No matter what character you are a fan of, there will be that chunk of the fans who act childish and spam '*enter their fav here* > your fav' and/or troll those who do not agree with them. Not only that, but for some, it can make the one they say is greater than your favorite look bad due to the immature fans.

Wow, you are the first one to give me such a detailed answer. I agree with you that there is nothing wrong with Sasuke fans acting immature. From what I have seen so far, Naruto fans are honestly far worse, judging the posts in the past month. Yeah, but how Sasuke' fans behave should not affect Sasuke. It is simply not right. It is like if there is a real life celebrity with a nice and warm personality, but people hate him or her because or his or her fans, well, that's not very nice, is it?
