Why do people exclude Itachi when....

Just a quick, simple question. Why do people exclude Itachi when talking about people who have harmed Tobi? Everyone only says Minato and Konan are the only ones. Sasuke hitting Tobi with Amaterasu was Itachi's doing. Tobi was harmed for a bit and even screamed like a girl.

You could also suggest that Torune harmed Tobi with his poison, but Tobi removed his arm by himself, so it's debatable.

Amaterasu seemingly had no effect, since he was perfectly fine afterward.
