Why do people dislike Obito for causing Minato's death

Because Naruto is highy loved character and Obito prevented him for having atleast some happiness throughout his childhood.

Minato killed a lot of people, made a lot of children grow up without their parents, he was getting too strong

I'm starting to think one of the villages hired Akatsuki to get rid off Minato

I'm not sure you remember Obito's history.
-He started Akatsuki, which caused the destruction of multiple villages and the deaths of hundreds.
-He killed Neji
-He started a War, the 4th great ninja war
-The war brought the death of countless lives
-He killed Konan

And another thing, your post is very hypocritical. Minato made children grow up without their parents, though Obito is the reason why Naruto grew up without any parents..
