They argued that is immature to think that in a world with 7 billion people, that your "soulmate" lives around the corner from you. I wouldn't personally online date, but I surely better understand their standpoint.

I did online dating once and I don't regret it. During that time I was working full-time and going to school full-time so my availability for getting to know someone was crazy limited. What's funny though is how some people on here think online dating means you've got problems or you have to travel. Just because you're online doesn't mean you're not dating within your city or playing the game in person. I got to fool around with a lot of girls from online and then after that I still came across my "keeper" gf in person lol.
