Why do people call Second Mizukage(Gengetsu Hōzuki) the "Trollkage"?

He can create a mist that places you in genjutsu, and when you break out of the genjutsu, you are still in the mist, so you are automatically placed back into the genjutsu. Then, he creates a baby, goes around wreaking havoc, and if you hurt the baby, it explodes and comes back, bigger than before.

The nickname came about cuz his techniques but it really stuck cuz we didn't know his real name for a long time. it was only recently revealed even tho the character been around for years
