Without the brain, all body processes should stop functioning if Kishi decides to use the slightest amount of logic in this scenario. As well as no new blood to the brain, she would die. Then all the spinal cord stuff on top of that... Shed die.

Anyway, did Madara cut her head off? No he didn't, Decapitation is the end of her. No Brain means the body stops functioning, which means that she dies.

idk, if she still has a head then she will live on.
-as long as she doesn't run out of chakra or get hit by some stupidly fast/destructive tech. But then, that means...dust tech/kirin/kamui/rasenshiruken......etc.... the attack has to envelop her whole body or head itself. or if its a tech like naruto's rasenshiruken, the attacks are so finite and super-high frequency i believe it would counter her regenerative abilities.
