Why do people assume Kaguya can solo so many characters outside of Naruto?

I am really lost here, I can barely consider Kaguya strong considering what she has done so far so where is this mess coming from?

Do you guys feel this way as well, or would you instead say she can solo someone like vegeta or ichigo or something?
