Why do people act like Sakura had nothing to begin with?

1 issue, they weren't given with an eye that gave them OP abilities automatically. =]

The thing is she is smart, very smart to learn almost everything on first try.
But she spents all of that into how to dust her idol house, how to pregnant no jutsu, how to run away and abbadon everything behind...... and many more.
Instead if she spent more of that time into training, she should able to make her own jutsu...

Stop changing the manga,no one is born with perfect chakra control,abd Sakura spent alot of time training to become a Medic Ninja.Indra even posted the page of Tsunade mentioning how Sakura has been training for 3 months.
