Like, in my latest ban, it said 8/21/2014 @1:00...
...didn't get my account back until like 6:00.

This happens very frequently when I'm anticipating the last hours of my bans.
So Mods, can you like subtract 5 Hours every time you want to give me an expiration date?

...or get the Expiration Date right for a change? Thank you. :]

Different time zones. The mod who issued the ban/infraction, is probably in a different time zone than your're.

Same shit with me Lol. Except it usually like 10 minutes to an hour after. Not a big deal, but I can see how a six hour wait would be annoying.

Ok, but can they start setting their Time Zones so it can be the same as mines before handing out bans?[SUB]

Maybe mods are trying to tell you to get a life.
This and the time zones.

Why should they? You shouldn't be breaking the rules in the first place.

It happens to me too. I had one ban go on a good 5 hours myself after it was supposed to expire. I just assume it's cause of time zones.

It got to the point where I wouldn't wait for the last hour anymore, I'd just wait til the end of the day to get on since it's not that serious.

We don't manually type in the expiration date for your ban, the system automatically does that. Is the time in the forum footer (at the bottom of the page) the actual current time of your country?

Then they should set my Time Zone to theirs so the Ban can Expire on the time they say it does.[SUB]

Or just get on the next Day.[SUB]

Then it might be a technical issue that can only be fixed by admins. Mod time zones don't affect the expiry date of member bans.

What was after 1:00? AM, PM, GMT?

Time zone is the key. There is also maybe a small chance that servers are updating themselves a little slowly. The time Zone of mods doesn't affect your ban duration. The clock counts the hours since the time your ban started.

Easy way to fix the problem- don't break rules. :)
