[Question] Why do mods

Why do mods go on the Bot to give infractions instead of sending it on their account like the use to? Like the one below for example

Because of the fact that this way we can keep being anonymous of who gives infractions/warnings, the main reason of that is because of decreased flaming towards specific mods who works more and gives out more infractions/warnings.
