Why do I have problem in this forum?

On my Samsung Galaxy 5 I have no problem going to this forum, but when I use my laptop for some reason when I come to this forum it get stuck for a few seconds then I can scroll and when I press any link to go to any part of narutobase it get stuck and then I can scroll after a few seconds.

I am using Windows 10. My laptop is Asus Republic of Gamers.

I use Adblock Plus on my google chrome to not allow ads to appear.

Whatever page I load in Narutobase it get stuck, if I try to scroll it becomes unresponsive so I have to wait then it works after a few seconds.

I want to know what is the problem?

When I use Mozilla FireFox, when I come to Narutobase it affects my other tabs speeds and the one I am using.

When I use Google Chrome, it get stuck for a few seconds when I load any page in Narutobase. It doesn't affect any tab.

This is starting the obvious 。。。。。Clear your cookies (on both browsers), try restarting your system if you haven't done it in a while, and try again.
You might try to trace your connection to NB by opening cmd, then running tracert and checking the response times and comparing it to another site say Google or something.


To run the trace route command, open command prompt and simply type "tracert narutobase.net" then compare it to any responsive site of your choice that way you'll be able to ascertain if it's NB or your browsers/PC

There another problem I have, it is with steam. When I open steam and view videos of games maximum size, then go to another game to view video maximum size, my steam switch off by itself. I have to reopen steam.

I deleted history and cache and cookies but no difference. I always shutdown PC when I go to sleep but that never helped.

Weird in gamefaqs it reaches 168ms and neoseeker reaches 181ms yet no issue. As for Narutobase it reaches 52ms yet I have problems.

Try restarting, there's a world of difference between a restart and shutdown (windows 8 and above). From the ping times it seems it's not your network nor NB but your browsers. Ultimately I'm not a networks expert so I can't provide further help , try VMing an admin.

Use Task Manager to "Kill" all instances of Chrome.exe...

If it gets stuck for a second I think that's pretty normal, since the webpage is probably loading up its divs etc (idk I might be spouting nonsense atm lol)

First off, do you only have problem on NB or on other websites as well? And as a user have mentioned earlier go to cmd and tracert narutobase.net and also try ping it continously for a while and see if you have any spikes at all and where the spikes happen if there is any. Do you have any antivirus and/or antimalware software, you should probably do a full scan if so.

Narutobase is the only website I see that I have problem, no other website happens. I use my friends PC desktop, but there is no issue it works without getting stuck.

I use Avast Free Antivirus I did a complete scan, but there nothing wrong. I used Malwarebytes Anti-Malware but nothing there is nothing wrong.
