Why do Chunin and Jonin in Konoha now wear different clothes?

In Naruto the Last movie it seems that clothes Chunin and Jonin wear are changed. Why would they change it and who would decide that? We know that Kakashi is Hokage, do you think he deciced to change the clothes Chunin and Jonin wear?

Because Kishi wanted something fresh. It has nothing to do with the actual politics of Konoha, as they haven't changed outfits since Kakashi was a child, so they wouldn't change them in the next 2 years without a reason.

My theory is after the war the different "Lands of ____ (Such as Fire, Wind, Lightning, etc.) have tried, or at least made a worldwide treaty in which conflict has been mostly resolved. In which shinobi from all the other lands can freely enter other villages without the worry of starting another war, maybe a momentary truce between nations after the events of Kaguya. I mean everyone really seemed to care for each other and I don't really see that ending just because the war is over. Meaning the fashion taste from different villages have come together in which shinobi from the Leaf may be wearing what shinobi from the Sand wore years prior, and so forth.

32 years is a long time to still wear the same uniform. It was different back in Jiraiyas time. Its gonna be different for this new generation too.
