[Discussion] Why do admirals have more realistic face

I mean other top tiers don't, shanks, bog mom, whitebeard and even recently introduced Weeble- who might not be top tier but wb and big mom sure are. Is it because they are based of rl movie actors? Personally I think OP art is better when characters are drawn like that, I mean look at this; These two are characters from the same manga

Kizaru for example was based on Kunie Tanaka.

Akainu, Aokiji, Kizaru, Fujitora sure they are based by real faces and to give real life people respect you need to make them strong so yes
