Why dint kabuto reserruct jyria and reserruct kisame again afta his death??

His arm that Pain ripped of didn't sink with him, Maybe nagato kept it and put it in his trophy cabinet

im sure kabuto had run into Jiraya while running around in the leaf as he was undercover there for a while back in the first series giving him ample opportunity to steal a hair or something... and i would think he has gone to higher lengths to steal DNA than some deep water.
