Why did'nt we get a new episode or manga last week?

No... Fathers' Day is an American holiday not observed in Japan. Kishi and his staff take a break periodically. They can't be working every week.

There was no manga because Kishi declared a break for the week and no anime because they had Pokemon special that was an hour long and Naruto was cancelled to make adjustments.
