Why didn't vegeta ever wish to bring back the saiyan race?

From inside the story you could say that you can't wish someone back who has been dead for too long and that possibly the only goal concerning him is to be the strongest especially someone who has a lower status is always ahead of you. But he brought up who he would have loved to rule a planet. Saying it was his destiny in Revival of F Arc.



Then from the writer's perspective I guess they couldn't think of anything? I mean half of the race rebelling against the other. And introducing more saiyans. I mean if done correctly without taking away from the main characters could very well be interesting. Your thoughts?

They cant be brought back if they have been dead for a year (At least with Kamis dragonballs. dendes probably work differently, but by then vegeta wouldnt want the saiyans back.

~~You can't bring back multiple people with a single wish if any have been dead for more than a year. Vegeta could revive some of the dead Saiyans, but not all.~~

He'd need the super dragon balls to do that..

Now with the saiyans in universe 6 there's no need anyways.
