Why didn't they use Edo Tensei on the Yondaime?

I don't understand why Kabuto didn't use Edo Tensei on to resurrect the Yondaime. I mean if he joined the war (even for the bad guys) It'd make it pretty epic if Naruto got to fight him. Father vs. Son? Sounds awesome to me! lol

dido. Kabuto even explained to Madara/Tobi that Orochimaru failed to revive him due to the fact that he sealed himself with the Death God.

it was in fact the forth hokage but the ressurection failed bc he was sealed inside the shinegami, i 4got which chapter said this but im sure if u look hard enough u can find it
