Itachi said people used Izanagi way before people had Senju DNA. They spammed it so they made Izanami to stop it. Madara although had EMS didn't have Senju DNA and used it. I think Senju DNA just enhances the time limit of Izanagi.

Itachi never said that. He said long ago, the clan spammed it. The clan was also constantly battling the Senju. Corpses and blood soaked weapons would make excellent sources of Senju DNA.

The truth is, Kishi retconned the Senju DNA requirement so he could have Itachi use it and add depth to the inner struggle of the Uchiha clan. As of the Sasuke/Itachi vs. Kabuto fight, Senju DNA is not required for Izanagi or Izanami. Saying every Sharingan user had good enough access to and the actual means to implant said Senju DNA is ridiculous. The manga directly implies during those explanations that Senju DNA was no longer a requirement.

As for the OP, Kishi also retconned the usage of Izanami and Izanagi into the Uchiha repertoire. Again, he added that aspect of the clan to increase the depth of their story. One could say he had not given the average clan member credit for those abilities at that point, or PLOT for short. One could still argue that Itachi combining his strength with Obito was enough to neg every other Uchiha, whether they knew the technique or not.

I didn't say that they used it before having Senju DNA I worded it wrong. Tho Madara was the 1st to take Senju DNA(possibly). And Madara had a time lapse Izanagi when Hashirama stabbed him he implanted Senju DNA afterwards.

They could have easily just took some of his blood, flesh or got it off their weapons. Hashirama said many of the kids didn't make it to adulthood. They could have gotten it from the many kids they killed.

It's not a retcon, it's plot hole. Obito explained how Izanagi right before the war started, doesn't make sense to retcon it during the war. Madara made Izanagi activate after a certain period because he wanted people to believe that he was dead. Not because it had to.

Once again, you concentrate too much on how they might have cultivated the DNA. You are the one in denial if you believe its logical for Izanagi to require Senju DNA but Izamani does not. Think about it logically and you'd realize that either both require it or neither do. Kishi retconned it.
