Why didn't the Sage instruct people how to divide the Bijuu further?

Really? Haven't seen it. Do you have a link or something?

No, I read every single spoiler I can find because I can't wait for it.

There's also lots of fanarts of Menma caring for his pack of bemasked foxes too. They turn into one-tailed foxes when they're defeated, and he absorbs them and turns them back into the Ninetails.

Wait, isn't RtN written by Kishi?
And so, a Jinchuuriki having dividing the capacity to divide his demon practically canon?

No, the movie is not canon just because his name's on it. It doesn't even fall in a logical place in the timeline. Kishi wrote a non-canon story. I think you might want to put anything that might be spoilery in a spoiler tag too.

For example, Naruto knows things and has skills he's not supposed to have until after the village was flattened, and the village hasn't been flattened. It's not even possible that they're in a reconstructed village, because last week's chapter I observed that the Hokage's building doesn't have its spires lifted yet, and in the one-shot, it has spires. Also, Naruto's apartment he grew up in still exists. In the movie he also has an apartment. So it has to be noncanon taking place in the original village even though he knows Sage Mode and the story of how he was born.

Given that we don't know when blood transfusions began in the narutoverse, it's baseless speculation.
We do know that the Sage existed centuries ago and that current medical skill relies on chakra.
Most of the incredible medical feats we've seen so far rely on things other than simple blood transfusions.

Obviously, healing techniques >>>>>>> real world medical abilities

Your fourth response completely lacks any evidence, terribly speculative.

The Sage did the initial (current) splitting on his deathbed, what happened immediately after led to sibling hatred.
Let's be honest, he didn't agree with his elder son, so he's not going to force his younger son to hand over DNA.

The Sage divided the Juubi (10 tails) into a Kyuubi (9) a Hachibi (8) and so on all the way down to 1.

Why not take it further?

Assuming the lowest possible division is an Ichibi and a Nibi, and the 9-tails grants 8+7+6+5+4+3+2+1 tails and so on, you'd end up with a LARGE amount of Nibi's and Ichibi's (the Sanbi granting a Nibi and an Ichibi).

Specifically, 64 Nibi's and 65 Ichibi's, after a good few generations of Jinchuuriki.

It would at the VERY LEAST make Akatsuki's job more difficult... As well as making demons and Jinchuuriki a LOT more manageable.

Thoughts?

cause in his blind faith he didnt expect all the a-holes in the 5 nations and ninja world to use them as weapons

Well, he contributed with some character designs and stuff though...

That may be but Kishi has made it clear that the movies are not relevant to the manga.
In the movie (Inheritors of the Will of Fire) the following have Kekkei Genkai, they differ by source of material.
