Sasuke can't afford to cries because it will make his Rinnegan goes into the state of cooldown
It is dangerous moment for him
Because his tear consume a lot of chakra and effect the Rinnegan
That mean he can't cry although he is to sad
He only can cried inside his hart.

Naruto's emotions are borderline feminine. He cries easily. Sasuke just didn't care, and Kakashi had seen him "die" already. A second time wouldn't have the same effect (IIRC He didn't even cry the first time). Sakura also just didn't care.
