just don't bother by that -.- since part 1 sasuke didn't care about sakura at all... since the path for power he doesn't care for sakura AT ALL... yes , he might have some moments , but that was all for nostalgia , if it wasn't for that , we wouldn't have had a "good sasuke" or a good moment where sasuke would recognize sakura , he doesn't care about sakura , bc if he would care about sakura , he wouldn't have talked that way to sakura AT ALL , neither to Kakashi , Sasuke is like Madara ... he hates weak ppl , that's why he talks down to them... madara talks down to everyone that is weak and that thinks he is strong... and he is cocky with only a small power-up in terms of power... yet... you understand that and you're asking this about sakura , when you already know the answer for it :|

Simple.

1. What Sasuke told her was true, she couldn't deny it.

2. She has a soft spot for Sasuke

Though actually she did stand up against Sasuke before when Sasuke insulted Naruto at the Samurai bridge.

Other one I remember is when she told Sasuke that he was a coward when they confronted Orochimaru in the Chuunin Exam.

I keep picturing everyone returning to Konoha, all alive and well. Sasuke is all good again, he turns to Sakura as she sweetly calls his name and a fist meets his face. She says "that felt good" and walks away leaving Naruto with his jaw dropped or laughing on the ground.

Weirdest thing is that Sakura has actually stood up against Sasuke before, twice. Both times she was doing it for Naruto.

Her standing up for herself would have been as pointless as Sasuke's comments. It would have done nothing but contribute to the bickering and demoralizing of the entire unit. IMO she showed superior judgment by rolling with the punches. Same goes for Kakashi.
