Why didn't Sakura used the Yin Seal before?

Its been confirmed by Shizune that Sakura had the chakra stored in the Yin Seal for 3 long years and yet she didn't bother using it when the real danger in the past such as Orochimaru or even the Pain Invasion. She had claimed her self she couldn't do anything to help Naruto or protect him when she had that so-called power all the time and she never used it before?

Naruto did say that she has been lying to herself as well as lying to others. My bet is that Sakura was saving all that for getting an impression from Sasuke after returning to the good side as we seen Sakura getting back to her old Sakura self focusing on her crush Sasuke. Even Naruto knows that she not focusing on both of them just Sasuke, in the latest chapter.

Look at Tsunade when she used up her Yin seal and restored it back during her fight with Madara.

You have to wait for the seal to appear on your forehead before you can use it.

No... She was in the process of creating it. If it was created/finished it would had appeared on her forehead. And once it appears it always stays, unless you run out of chakra.

i agree. There were many times when Sakura could have stepped forward and helped when it really mattered. Instead, she lacked the resolve, personal will, courage, or whatever to do so, and let other people die or almost in the process. What makes it worse, is that she potentially had access to this stored chakra and insisted on causing trouble for those around her by deliberately putting herself in harms way.

I don't think that she couldn't use if before. I am under the impression that the Yin Seal becomes visible when it is used. This is why Tsunade's is a a diamond all of the time. She constantly diverts chakra away from the Seal in order to maintain her appearance. When Tsunade fully activates the Seal, it becomes larger, and when it is depleted it fades away. It is hard to believe that it took three years for Sakura to store up enough chakra to use the Yin Seal. Maybe three years to store up enough chakra for her to be considered even close to Naruto and Sasuke, but Tsunade stored up enough chakra to use the Yin Seal in a matter of months. The she used it, and was able to regenerate the spent chakra during battle. Even if Sakura isn't as proficient, three years is a very long time.

Because it requires extremely good chakra control and Sakura is really good at chakra control

that means she has to pinpoint the space behind her forhead in the seal and concentrate her chakra to that point

concentration is very important here. Plus that's how long it takes for her.. It also took Tsunade years.

and physically fast. Chakara infused muscles give instant power-bursts of intense speed. You depending on the amount of chakara devoted to the muscles, you could probably achieve Gate-level speed.
