Why didn't Sakura and Ino teach each other jutsu?

I know Sakura and Ino are both rivals, but look at Naruto and Konohamaru they are rival also. Naruto are Konohamaru are both rivals yet Naruto taught Konohamaru sexy jutsu, shadow clone and Rasengan.

Ino could of taught Sakura the mind transfer jutsu and Sakura could of taught CES and maybe byakugou. It seem Ino already knew healing in Shippuden seeing she tried to heal Asuma.

Ino lacked the talent for Sakuras jutsu, Jaraiya states that Tsunade justsu where unable to be replicated, which is true, barring Sakura and her bloodline ( Sarada) even shizune couldn't
And ino jutsu are hiden, meaning only clans members can learn them
However Sakura could perform if she wanted, she already analyzed the mechanics and handseal made behind in her her match with ino

Let's be honest, Ino hasn't the talent or potential to learn Byakugou. It's learning/studying, then application, and Ino lacks severely in the former.
