Why Didnt Rinnegan Pass Down Like Kaguyas Other Powers?

Hyuuga got her Byakugan power

Uchiha got her Sharingan power

Kaguya got her Bone Manipulation power

Senju and Uzumaki got abnormal vitality and Stamina

So why was her Rinnegan powers passed down only to her son?

I feel Indra shouldve had Rinnegan at Birth and Ashura shouldve been born with the Sharingan gene. That way they could say indra got the rinnegan part of his grandmas 3rd eye and Indra got the sharingan part.

The Rinnegan gene is the only gene that disappeared.

How can a gene disappear?

Either that or it diluted which wouldnt make sense. If thats the case sharingan wouldve diluted until it was gone.
