This thread made me realize that Roger Trusted a marine with a major secrete but couldn't share that secrete with his own crew, not even his first mate XD

This is true. Roger said that he trust Garp as that he trust members of his crews. Which could say that he shared this piece of information with his crew. But that we still don't know during which time Roger realized that Marines will try to kill Rouge. During his days as pirate or after he disband his crew and was imprisoned. If he realized that after he was put in prison than there is no chance that pirates knew about her.

I peronsally would say that his crew didn't know about that. On the other hand, why Rayleigh didn't try to save pregnant Rougine as she was gf of his captain if he knew about her and Ace? And why didn't he took care about Ace. Ace and Hacchi could be brothers like he was with Luffy

Why would Ace need saving? Luffy saved him without the help of Rayleigh. Ace died because he attacked Akainu when he was trying to provoke him. Also, I'm sure Rayleigh knew about Roger's son.

Oh and btw, Rayleigh retired and he even asked for Kizaru to take down his bounty, if he went to the war his bounty will increase.
